Manufacturing: Working with our trusted vendors—including Intel, Microsoft, Seagate, and LSI—we’ve established an extremely lean and reliable supply chain that matches the speed of our design phase and incorporates Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and increase efficiency. In addition, Intequus manufacturing procedures are ISO 9001 certified and audited quarterly by Underwriters Laboratories.
From five locations across the country, we can ship 55,000 units per month, more than enough to accommodate high volume manufacturing on short lead times.
Imaging and Testing: Often overlooked in time and cost estimates, accurate imaging and comprehensive testing are critical in custom hardware development. Intequus has large-scale imaging and testing capabilities that keep your costs low and add value for your customers.
We use Netslam™ and Marlin™ imaging applications, which provide real-time updating of server image files. Our imaging processes are Windows® Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) certified.
We can deliver solutions that are production ready right out of the box. And we’ll handle image revision management and warehousing, so an affordable, turnkey solution is always available to ship.
Branding and Packaging: Sometimes, appearance really makes a difference. When it does, you can add the perfect finishing touch to your hardware with private label branding and packaging, including silk screening, vinyl, powder coating, and painting. Anything your customer sees can be branded, including splash screens and BIOS. You also always have the option to use our in-house brand or no brand at all.

Inventory Management: We constantly oversee the flow of units into and out of your production inventory, which ensures stable production levels. We also calculate an appropriate level of buffer stock to meet spikes in demand and minimize the potential for business disruption in the event of an emergency. Build to order and set aside.
Shipping and Logistics: Intequus features same-day order fulfillment and we will drop ship or blind drop ship to your customers. We can ship your hardware without a return address or with your return address. In addition, we can customize the packing slip to display your company name, logo, and contact information.
