DEPOT REPAIR AND EXTENDED WARRANTY

Intequus Standard warranty is one-year warranty return-to-depot on all “value add” integration purchases.

Intequus offers extended warranty option on integration solutions for an additional fee.  An extended warranty provides you with budgeting ease and convenience plus the peace of mind that any problem will be solved quickly and effectively.  Intequus offers the extended warranty in one year and three year options.

Pricing is customized for extended warranty and has to be quoted by the Warranty Service Manager.

ADVANCE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

The Intequus Advance Replacement Program is a premium service offering that provides you with advanced replacement options and strict revision control for the systems that they sell. This program is not an extension of a warranty but a “fee for service” based on the Intequus
Build Instructions, complexity and anticipated failure rate of the system. This premier program allows OEM customers to receive a fully configured, customer-specific integrated
replacement. This program keeps a spares pool of the customers’ unique design configuration, based on strict revision controlled processes to ensure configuration integrity and performance.

GLOBAL ON-SITE SERVICE PROGRAM

Intequus offers Global On-Site Warranties from premier provider of multi-vendor services, delivering superior resolution to client/server hardware challenges matched with the right technical skill and the right part to the right customer location at the right time for fast and predictable hardware problem resolution. 

The service offerings:

  • 8x5, Next Business Day Response
  • 7x24, Next Business Day Response
  • 8x5, 4 hour Response
  • 7x24, 4 hour Response

Services include:

  • Break/fix maintenance for warranty and non-warranty equipment
  • Managed help desk and dispatch
  • Equipment installation, de-installation and disposal
  • Web-based service call management
  • 24x7 call center and help desk
  • Electronic entry of service requests
  • A+, MCSE, CNE, warranty authorized and product certified technicians

REFURBISHMENT PROGRAM

The Refurbishment Program offers you the ability to send your existing units to get repaired and/or upgraded to a defined statement of work.  Intequus will utilize your cosmetic standards, replace packaging, and add accessories to create a “like new product” at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.

Intequus does not require that the product be integrated by Intequus to participate in this program.  This program allows you to extend the life of your present working equipment by having it refurbished at our repair center.

Refurbishment services include:

  • Product performance/reliability updates
  • Components upgrade per current Build Instruction
  • Reconditioning

Pricing is customized and has to be quoted by the Warranty Service Manager.
